I've even had to start sewing a block and then flip it to the other side to finish because of some unexpected unevenness of different sections of the block. I didn't feel too bad because the ladies at Fons and Porter had to do the exact same thing. This is the better option since throwing it out in the yard as punishment for its bad behavior only works so many times. Geez, the things we go through!
Hi Cathy! 🤣 I've never tried throwing blocks out of the house before! Great tip and I will let you know if that improves the behavior! 🤣🤣🤣🤣. But seriously, thanks for tuning in! ☀️❤️
Thanks for the comment. ☀️ Each individual has their own definition of "scrap". 💛. Mine range from crumbs up to about 18 inch leftovers. I found this online: What Are Fabric Scraps? Fabric scraps are small pieces of textile material that are left over from larger projects or are remnants from rolls of fabric. These scraps come in various shapes, sizes, and types, ranging from cotton and linen to more luxurious materials like silk and velvet. While many people might see these remnants as waste, they are actually valuable resources for a multitude of creative projects.
Love it, thank you for sharing.
