It's taking time to sort out the distractions or "stupidity " by 1) Asking yourself what the purpose is for the distraction and what knowledge/wisdom you will take from it? Or is it a time bandit, robbing you of your peace and time? Is it a trendy, false narrative ( sounds too good to be true)? 2)Once sorted, the choice you decide is to learn, gain knowledge/wisdom, and hold onto it. For certainty, you will apply the knowledge at a later time. It's a combination of using common sense, learning and gaining knowledge, and applying that knowledge into practice, usually into everyday life.
