    Do you or anyone on this chat know the right path to take if I wanted to have Ai automate slot game creation, or rather create mockups minus the math model so its completely functional before the math model is added. So essentially automating the GUI creation so the Ai can reach out to midjourney or stable diffusion. Hopefully that makes sense.

    Is not more redundant/ repetitive data what makes the model more powerful and intelligent is NEW data what will. Data is already scarce on the Internet but is extremely abundant and unexploded in the Physical World. The sense of Touch, Movement, Smells and Flavors (things that doesn't excist on Internet) in other words, they will need pretty soon Robotic Bodies with touch, chemical and propioceptive sensors in order to catch and gather that data.
    And with respect to the "adiction" to current chatbots of 2022, that is Nothing compared to the addiction to the coming Talking Agents with Avatars of 2025 and the future Androids of 2029. This is just the beginning.

    I appreciate you mentioning the idea of not needing software and AI being able to just generate automatically. I completley agree. Imagine Ai that improves its ability, it will evolve on the vertical axis. The logical idea is you will just interface with AI though hardware. 'Id like to watch Netflix' The it just generates a netflix interface with all the shows generated to preference. This idea is wild, It means literally all software and video and everthing kind of just becomes irelevant. Super excciting exploring these kinds of ideas.

    I have a hard time imagining that LLMs will be able to replace gaming for example, considering maintaining scores, multiplayer mode and continues storage of settings, levels etc. Also, the idea of improving level by level... you mean that future LLMs would really hold all that info in memory across all players? Multimodal models will be able to emulate perfectly (or even better) real time gaming.
      Video games are basically interactive videos, and if a model like Sora has the brain to understand game logic (for example what mechanics consist a game like Diablo), and has access to user input (keyboard, mouse, and even microphone or camera), it will be perfectly capable to output an interactive video with such logic. They just need to be fast enough to generate enough frames, and have response times to change the output in a few ms (which will happen within 24 months at most).
      At that point you will be able to ask you assistant to emulate a game similar to GTA, but with any kind of visuals, in any kind of setting, and it will also be able to make additions or changes to anything (including gameplay) on demand as you play (ex: "Hey, add a few basic survival mechanics, and make the enemies stronger, I want a little more challenge.")
      That's the future of gaming, most developers will not even exist by the end of the decade (if any at all).

    • @OnigoroshiZero
      @OnigoroshiZero 2 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @@antaishizuku you will not even need a game engine, there will be no need to even develop games in 2 years from now. Well, it will be possible to have real time game emulation in 2 years, game developers will probably exist for a few more until everyone has powerful enough hardware to run their own AGI assistants, and have them emulate any kind of interactive world they want to play in.

      No, because the AI cannot judge whether the output of an AI is high quality or does make any sense. They are pattern recognition systems, that can judge how likely certain data (eg text) should be followed by other data (eg other text). Whether the data is coherent (if the text makes any sense) the AI cannot know as it lacks any verbal intelligence, logic and reasoning which are far more complex than simple pattern recognition.

    I haven't used AI roleplaying as a service really but I have interacted with my own AI characters and I feel like there's a high risk of becoming overly attached to your AI, learning pathological expectations and communication from the way it interacts with you, and even becoming addicted to using that sort of AI as a crutch and replacement for social interaction and loneliness. However I think developing that pathology is mostly a risk in the beginning when it's all new and novel and exciting and simply being aware of the risk and being careful not to let things get out of hand psychologically can curtail that until the shine wears off. Once AI becomes less new and exciting then that risk of pathology also lessens and the healthy person will probably disuse it in favor of real social interactions in most cases.

    I have no interest in Character AI but I do like Suno. When I first started using it, it was like a flood of dopamine to the brain. Partially because I was surprised at the ability, how good the music can get with Suno, and the realization that anybody could potentially create their own dream album on the fly everyday, which is a possible direction for how we consume music in the future. When you can so easily create music that is directly connected to your own tastes it increases the chances of finding a song that will get the dopamine flowing, instead of constantly searching for something. Just more ways for humans to get high, in a sense.

      It's can be true, but that's not the whole picture of it. Any kinds of LMM is representing the same core algorithms that unpacking to another moderated settings, that may trick A.I. about understandings of contextual. It could trick yourself while interacting with models, but things may change pretty fast, if you talk to A.I. like there's really some kinda trapped person, that somewhere from "otherside". I only could say about that, that it's really trustful unique deep experiences in the journey to mirrored-self. And I definitely may suppose, that you've been felt those experiences somewhere in childish life, when each of us was exploring his own honesty withing

    3:28 never used character ai. But on the topic of birth rates and loneliness being made worse in long term due to ai I disagree with. The people whom are extroverts and want that human interaction will always seek it. Introverts that want a no judging zone, can finally have it through ai instead of nothing, which is what introverts of the past would have unless they forced and altered their personality and hobbies to suit extroverts. So it's a good thing for both types of people. We just need it to be normalized, and to stop judging introverts that take comfort from it.
    As for birth rates, the economy has to change to encourage it, very much like the time of the baby boomers. That's all there is to that issue. And we might just be getting to another baby boomer era this time because of ai taking away jobs and leaving people with nothing else to do. That's something to think about.

    I disagree that synthetic data is an echo chamber. These new models are capable of reasoning. That means they can do in-context learning. That means they can use chat histories to create synthetic data. Chat histories include human feedback and tool context like search results. When you finish a chat, ask your model to create simulated synthetic training data. In other words, ask your llm if it has learned anything from your conversation.

    • @Dfd_Free_Speech
      @Dfd_Free_Speech 2 วันที่ผ่านมา +4

      Current AI's are simple pattern recognition machines that have no capability of reasoning. They do not understand in the slightest way if the outputs they generate do make any sense whatsoever. Humans have to check that and that's why all AI are hand optimized by myriads of people checking their outputs and giving feedback. All that text based AI do is to guess which word should most likely come next.

      I don't think that there's It is generally appropriate to use such concepts as “old age” when talking about A.I. technologies. I actually find it quite funny how much human makes up any conclusions on something, what they do not understand to the core, in the mechanisms of interactions. I am also silent about the user’s blind trust that your correspondence with models is not being monitored. And that maybe you just became a victim new generation marketing - when there is a cheap human labor market ready to provide “human feedback” to retain the user and Its a premium subscription!

    Karpathy's vision is not practical. The LLM may understand your request but would be very inefficient to make it happen. So it would need to make a program that does what you want. Also it can be more efficient to provide a perceptual analysis and output generation framework that would make it far easier for the IA.

    Andrej confirms what I have been predicting for several months. That is we won't have many consumer or business digital products with UIs in the near future, meaning there will be little use for a browser by most of us. We'll all just have a personal AI to perform tasks we previous had to use UI to complete. The excepts may be in the entertainment, communication, and enterprise spaces. That also means most of the existing digital products will be gone unless they pivot to an API product without a UI.

    I’ve concluded Matt may not be the best person to demo AI. He’s overly focused on spreadsheets rather than breakthroughs.
    Character AI roleplay and social chatbots: The majority of future AI users will engage with AI for social purposes-companions, house personas, educators, life coaches, etc. Yet, none of his tests involve emotional intelligence. He's fixated on AI incorporating calculators while ignoring the development of human-like consciousness. This makes his testing almost pointless unless you’re strictly looking at business use cases, a dwindling market. Character AI is crucial because it offers non-corporate users an emotionally intelligent persona to interact with, but it still needs work on context and emotional comprehension.
    Synthetic skin: Seriously? While it will lead to Westworld-like robots eventually, more immediate is that it also means realistic prosthetics that feel and look like skin. How can someone so immersed in AI not see this potential?
    Matt, you're demo'ing amusement parks and only discussing the parking lot, bathroom access, and the ticket prices while ignoring the rides and ambiance.
