It is illogical to say that that a vice president hasn't been a president before, because both work in tandem. He may not have ultimate power, but he's definitely a huge part of cabinet decisions. It is in the light of this that he's claiming credits for free SHS, payment of nurses and teachers allowances, digitalization and building hostel for kayayes. Where did he get the power to execute these when he hasn't been president before?

What government has done are always cited: "our government has done these projects free SHS, established techers, nurses and arabic research allowances". He consistently highlights his initiatives as VIP like 1-district-1 ambulance, Digitalizaion, and agent 111. He then outlines his 2025 vision if he becomes president, insha Allah. Mahama should do same. Despite corruption in both parties, NPP progress is better. It's fantastic that Bawumia is battling corruption digitally. I used to vote for NDC but I stopped since 2000. Rawlings daughter should have been Mahama's running mate. That would have been easier for Mahama but it's too late.

I understand that you may have a different perspective, but I believe that a comprehensive overhaul of our systems is necessary for Ghana to progress. With Dr. Bawumia's leadership, we are on the right track. We cannot continue to rely on traditional methods that have not been effective in addressing corruption. We need innovative and bold solutions to tackle these challenges. Those ideas of setting up committees, consortium etc to look into corruption issues are dead ideas and thus what Mahama stands for.
