Sight Fishing in Flooded Saltwater Marsh Grass Fields for Big Predator Fish! 4K

- Fishing flood tides is a unique way to catch some pretty epic species including redfish (red drum), black drum, and sheepshead. With the full moons in the warmer months, the tides reach levels that are over a foot above average, giving access to the typically dry marsh grass flats. These flooded marsh grass flats are full of crabs along with all kinds of smaller fish and shrimp. Highly sought after gamefish will push their way into these shallow saltwater fields to prey upon whatever little critters they can find. This method of fishing is more comparable to hunting as it is based on eye sight and you need to be stealthy. One wrong step or cast can spook any feeding redfish off of the flat.

I watched it twice, second time on the big screen. Great experience and nature shots are mesmerizing. Love the pink spoonbills and flamingos! On the big TV screen felt like I was there. Relaxing too.
Love it!!
your videos make me feel so warm inside
Mixed feelings on this one bruh
Great video young man. Keep it up! Fishing is taking the good and bad, but it is all good when you can fish.

Love the content Joseph. I didnt know you started up a new channel. Your drone shots are great, and excellent editing skills. What kind of flies do you prefer for reds down there? Thank you for the great content
Thanks for the consistent support and I appreciate the compliments! I personally like shrimp, crab, and smaller baitfish fly patterns for redfish. Purple/black, olive green/gold, white/chartreuse are a few of my favorite colors

Absolutely wild
Roseate Spoonbill. They are beautiful - and becoming much more common to see!

Hey. Could you let me know what launch you used ? Thanks
Peddle kayaks suck for fly fishing. Too much to tangle on
