DRX league of legends Worlds 2022 Cinderella run is the best tourney run of 2022 by a lot... even more, probably in history... they went from the Play-In Stage (equivalent to LCQ in valorant) to actually winning the worlds against T1 (Faker's team - LoL Goat player, 3 times world champion and favorites by miles after a perfect season), and actually defeating every single regional champion and the former world champion in their way though the brackets. I follow most e-sports, and it is the first time I ever witness something of that caliber.
@@king_thanos_2116 ever since drx started competing internationally and i watched them play i knew this team is a championship winner but their mental always dismantles in important moments which made me think maybe their destined for 5th place which would be such a waste when they have prolly the best managment in vct and such beautiful playstyle with top players in the world but they proved me wrong , they should get a mental health coach for São Paulo tho i heard astralis got one and they went from major chokers to 4 time major winners
People often forgetting how impactfull great controller can be. Both ZETA and PRX run showcase SugarZero and MindFreak insane performance regardless of their team's very different playstyle.

Zeta's story is like an anime arc of grinding to become champions. They were always eliminated before but the improvement and dedication to become one of the best is insane from them. Their aims are the absolute best and i really love their story. I was so proud of them that they placed higher and I believe they will improve more.

This run just made them prove they can adapt and learn from their mistakes. Hopefully a better run this VCT if they even make it lol.

PRX finished 3rd and now 2nd in Champions.
