    Welcome to our kitchen! In this video, we're showing you how to make the classic and refreshing Coconut Chutney, a staple in South Indian cuisine. This versatile chutney pairs perfectly with dosa, idli, vada, and many more dishes.Ingredients:
    Fresh grated coconutRoasted chana dal (Bengal gram)Green chiliesGingerCurd (yogurt)Salt to tasteWaterFor Tempering:Oil
    Mustard seeds
    Urad dal
    Curry leaves
    Asafoetida (hing)
    Instructions:In a blender, combine grated coconut, roasted chana dal, green chilies, ginger, curd, and salt.Add a little water and blend until you achieve a smooth consistency.Transfer the chutney to a serving bowl.For tempering, heat oil in a small pan, add mustard seeds, urad dal, curry leaves, and a pinch of asafoetida.
