So I uploaded the encryption key but everytime I press import bin files, they don't automatically come up :< I have to go through my google drive 😢 Do you know how to fix it?

I keep getting an error that says "failed to read the tag" or "failed to write the tag." How can I fix this, and is there any way to check if I'm using the right kind of cards? I bought Youguobeier NTAG 215 coins off of Amazon that are supposed to be compatible with Amiibo.
Ok so first make sure the nfc coin is not damaged if they are fine make sure you have it all the way on the nfc area on the phone (next to the camera) and if that don’t work they might be falty as for seeing if it’s the right type I’m not 100% sure I just go off the title on the listing and hope they work.
