- Today, I am in the very exclusive Steyn City Estate where I'm joined by real estate specialist Slade who will take us on a tour of this exquisite Daffonchio-designed masterpiece. Lotsa things went wrong back in the dat with live stream using owners’ unreliable WiFi connections which restricted us from showing more of the outside curb appeal and pool areas…🤔

I hear you - it’ll be interesting to find out what price it eventually sold for - but taking prime location in Steyn City into account, as well as building finishes and size, it won’t be too far off that asking price.

I'm new to the channel a request would be to watch channels like enes yilmazer the camera work needs Imrovemnt as well as the details shared and shown, we need to see the little things that make it worth R69m and stands out from the average R30m property,seems very rushed for such a marvel of a property.
