As someone na nag wowork alone medyo hirap talaga magbenta ngaun since dumadami na rin ang homebakers or even small bakers sa area namin. Same same lang yung mga binebenta, so as someone like me na gusto unique or gustong walang ka pareho para kakaiba naman, medyo hirap kasi iniisip ko pa lanh nagawa na ng iba. Pero tuloy parin ako kasi passion ko tlga nag magluto or magbake kahit hirap din sa costing at marketing since wala tlga ako alam sa ganon. Thank God sa mga taong katulad nyo po na di takot magshare ng blessing ❤️🥺

I remember posting like this "Please sa mga gusto g Umorder pm us now Kasi halos fully booked na kami for Valentines day" well in fact kahit Isang order wla hahha but it turns out having 23 cakes on valentine's day. My problem now is to handle finances. 😞

Hi. Thank you so much for the appreciation 😍😘 Have you stored the cream itself? I experienced the piped flowers having moist after being chilled. Once I expose them a bit to room temp, they dry out easily 😊

this is why I want to start my own baking or pastry business. It's timely. Lots of possible customers will come especially during occasions.. I've been wanting to start this business but I dont have money nor the things needed in creating cakes and icings. and sadly, I have a friend who has this type of business too and we usually buy cakes from her. I dont want to be her competitor nor her business partner.. 😫😭
It really feels great making cakes during special occasions 😊 Offer cakes with different designs or flavors than your friend. If she's your friend, talk to her honestly about your dreams and feelings. Or start offering other baked goods not similar to what she's offering 😊

Hi. During this valentine's orders, no. I have one staff who baked cheesecakes. My husband cooked the pastillas cream and prepared other orders. I piped flowers, run ads and collected orders. We were 3. I can't do all of these alone 😅
I delegate the work which I find least appealing to me. I get the work that I enjoy doing like piping flowers, marketing and taking orders 😊
