Hi, your pickle looks absolutely delicious, but I am confused about one thing. Could you please tell me....u added the chicken bones. I guess it will give a lot of flavour, but when eating, then person will get bones also along with the chicken? Is that ok? First time I am seeing a non - veg pickle recipe with bones, I am very confused.
I added bones because I Didn’t wanted to waste them, yes, it’s absolutely fine to add but its upto you.

In my language it is called" DITE"...since it is found only in Arunachal, iam not sure if it is available in other part of country probably not. But don't worry dear... even without it the pickle will b amazing since it is only for aroma...😊
