Hello thanks for the video. May I know the room type that you stay on? Also did you have to request the dinner/lunch in the balcony of your room or it is served in the balcony by default?

Hello thank you for your comment. This room is “Japanese Twin room with Terrace”. When we stayed, we could request a meal on the balcony, but it may not be done now. I think it's good to ask the hotel!

Kawaguchiko Station is the nearest station.
If you are going to Tokyo, you can get to Kawaguchiko Station by taking “Fuji Express” from Shinjuku Station.
