After a lot of effort, we finally got a Recovery Suit for Bear! A recovery suit is an alternative to an e-collar, which Bear has required on and off since his surgery in February.

We got one for our dog due to surgery. We noticed a snap with tab on inside and on tummy outside a snap. But my husband tossed box and we have no clue what it’s for. The tab doesn’t reach anything. However, it works great. It helps from her scratching areas and other dogs licking. ❤
It’s so you can roll it up and keep it open for potty breaks.
This is a fabulous product. When my adult Silken Windhound was going in for her spay, her Breeder suggested this specific product. The sizing was pretty spot on. I ordered the Medium and Medium +...the medium was a perfect fit and the + slightly larger and longer. I kept both. As someone who makes custom pet products, I found the quality to be first rate. The Lycra Spandex insures that the product keeps its shape and doesn't stretch out. The high neck, instead of a low collar, insures that the suit doesn't slide down onto the shoulder/chest area. Unsnapping the back when she goes out to potty is quick and easy. I can't think of anything worse than to have my girl wear a cone for 10 days....she would have been miserable.

I first looked at these but passed since they didn’t have a chest and neck measurement. Didn’t want the hassle of returning the items. My dog is so depressed in the cone but when I take it off she’s all happy. 2 more days until her suit comes in.
My biggest issue is I can't specific visual information for a female dog and what to do when she needs to take a potty break?
I have a black male pug that is about 24 lbs. so a little chunky. Where yours is still a puppy here. So i wonder if a small would be a right size? Our miles is about the same length just more muscle he says ( but not what our vet says lol ) i want to get the right size. We are using it for house breaking issues. If a small was a bit big on bear, im wondering if a small would be a good size for our pug? Any thoughts?

I purchased this because my dog has lick spots but she just pulls up the sleeve and continues to lick. I may have to wrap the bottom with Velcro or vet tape…..
Does this work well for puppy’s who got spayed? I adopted my puppy from the humane Society and they kinda forced the surgery on me cuz it was free, she’s only 8 weeks old and the cone is really making her depressed which pains me to see.

I have a chihuahua and he fits the 2xXS perfectly, the neck part I cut off because it was too tight on him 😋 but now its perfect, and next time try to call your local vet or local animal hospital because you should be able to buy these recovery suits directly from them 👏🙏☺️❤️😘 best wishes ❤️
What happens when they need to use the bathroom?
My terriers underside is either allergic to grass or constantly irritated from the grass rubbing her, but it’s an on going rash that we treat with hydrocortisone and Benadryl as well as aloe or some sort of soothing gel/ointment .. anything we can think of that will help! Her underside today are now starting to get pustules, which reminds me of ingrown hairs. She HATES wearing clothes, I hope this is something I can get her to protect her underside from the grass .. poor girl is starting to refuse to run thru the grass and stays on the concrete.

I am getting hedgehog and i was wondering if I was to use a fleece bedding, what is the best way to heat my little guy... i want to use a lamp but I don't know how long I need to keep the lamp on. I know i need to keep them between 70-80 but i cant seem to find anything on google on how long i need to keep it on without over heating, i also looked into heating disks and u just wrap it in a cloth and put it under the fabric. Anyways I just want to know what you think and if i could get a detailed explanation to this that would be awesome .
I have a detailed video on my channel about heating, it is in my hedgehog playlist. Basically, you need a thermostat. A thermostat controls the heat of your heat lamp and will turn it off and on as needed.
What the hell is that latch snap on the INSIDE, where the dog's belly is?! My dog HATES it, and wants to rip this thing off his body!

You can unsnap the back and roll the bottom up to snap onto that chest button so the back doesnt drag on the ground for when you take the dog outside.
also for bedding how do u get there pee of the fabric wash and reuse ?
I wash it in the washing machine on hot with unscented laundry detergent, and then I either will hang it dry or dry it on low. :)
