Throughout the day I listened while I studied, around 1-2 hours in total and AHH whenever I saw myself in the mirror I was shocked at how pretty my eyes looked🙈 they were so shiny! And my eyelashes looked fuller. Also my face just looks so much more easy to look at, like it's harmonious and satisfying to the eye. I think it looks more symmetrical and slim overall. OMGGG ‼️‼️ SO MANY THINGS HAPPENED TODAY AND IG IT'S CUZ OF THIS SUBLIMINAL‼️im a type of a person who never reads the benifits before starting a subliminal, hence, i had no idea what this subliminal could possibly do to me besides giving me douyin beauty standards. i went out with one of my friends today. the events that happened were as follows:

I listened this overnight (only this one on loop, not a playlist) and the first thing I noticed this morning is sharper jawline, like it's actually defined and my double chin is smaller! And my lips are fuller, especially upper lip which is good because it was non-existent before subliminals. They're reddish too (they were pale) and my skin is softer.

The only thing to avoid while listening to subs is believing they don’t work. Certain subliminals work faster then others and some subs don’t work at all so you should find subs that have results in the comment section. Also try not to listen to subs that contradict each other (Ex: weight loss sub and a fat gain sub) because that can hinder results.
