  • We show you how we make maple sugar and ice cream topping from our Organic Maple Syrup. It is very easy. You only need a few items to make delicious maple sugar! On our farm we believe in being as sustainable as possible and using the resources we have to work with, honors both the environment and our father in heaven. In addition to being the first and only organic producer of maple syrup in Virginia, we also raise sheep and alpacas. We have a couple of steers and nutty horse named Ronnie. On the farm there is a small organic apple orchard and we make organic hay too. Our chickens provide us with the eggs we need for our home and b&b's.

Wow AA Just my life, You watched a really bad version of this... and I have to say "Thank You"! I really need to update this one! I won't say my editing skills have gotten too much better but maybe my camera skills have. Since this adventure, I've made a lot sugar. Learning has been fun and sometimes messy. Always delicious. Check out some of our maple videos too. This is a big part of our farm. We are in the tail end of the season (March 1, 2023) and once we stop making syrup, we start the bottling processes and making other things like organic maple sugar, organic maple cotton candy, organic maple cream, and organic maple candies. Organic being the common theme right? Thanks for watching and leaving your thoughts. I appreciate the time you give us both watching and sharing your thoughts. Kevin

Excellent job, I'm betting that would be an excellent sugar for my fudge recipe I make every winter time.

      Mr. Peterson,
What a good idea! I never thought to make fudge with it. I love maple walnut fudge! Thanks for watching. Been missing your comments. Hope you are doing well! K

You are correct Kawa Gonzo. That's why we bought a Hobart! This mixer is still going strong. If we had kept trying to make sugar, it would have died long ago... Thanks for watching and sharing your thoughts! Kevin
