The value of this can be measured with gold! Very good advice and exactly what you as trader need! I myself am struggling to stick to my trading. Well in the long run i am profitable but the problem is i sometime don't trade for weeks... I am not proud of this but i try to improve ... Procrastination is poison!

i've trade for many years and finally understand of what really happened, it's kinda what i learned in meditation retret , but you really take it to the trading level. Thanks a lot, i will try to trade without the monkey ....and hopefully could be successfull one day.

If you already have years of experience in trading, then getting that part of your mind under control will definitely be very noticeable. Stay patient with it though, it takes a while to adapt to a different way of thinking with your trading. Good luck!!

That's one of the most difficult things about trading, staying patient despite the boredom at times!

i do have a honest question, as i hear what you said quite some time already.
iam definitely one of the reward horny ones ... additional i can not get really friendly with the fibonacci rule of 61% .. thats is just too much to give back in order to make another 38% .. so yes you are right in the long run .. the reward is bigger.
i however trade exactly the opposite .. by aiming on just a single leg (regardless of the timeframe)
my only angle is the Risk2Reward to be correct (no fixed number, as the range depends on the actual structure).
and i protecting my self from waiting out a loser to become a winner with a Algo/EA running inside my trade application that autohedges on a drawdown per symbol larger than 0.6% .. so if i start to be the monkey, the bot will pull the plug for me.
well thats my technical solution to feed myself with the need of instantly eating the Marshmallow.
and on the 61 Fib i re-enter with a new risk and a new setup (well this is based on other factors as well not just the structure)
bottom line is however that i usually get out that the first sign of resistance and re-enter if the setup re-presents itself ..
which is usually the case as i use the vWap mainly as entry criteria.
but that does put me exactly in the bad trader group .. ;) does it ?

Thanks for the video. I'm actually profitable for a few months but I like your videos they help me understand how a trader should behave and conduct himself to better his results. I belive that knwoldge is more valuable than learning to buy when price is above the MA 😂
