DS1302 Real Time Clock (RTC) Module - Detailed Explanation and Interfacing with Arduino & I2C LCD

I am learning Ardunio , trying to upload DS1302 Sketch however i am getting error as Sketch uses 4718 bytes (15%) of program storage space. Maximum is 30720 bytes.
Global variables use 247 bytes (12%) of dynamic memory, leaving 1801 bytes for local variables. Maximum is 2048 bytes.
avrdude: ser_open(): can't open device "\\.\COM5": The semaphore timeout period has expired.
Failed uploading: uploading error: exit status 1
Please help me
