Engfa (Meena) and Charlotte (Cherine) were both contestants of Miss Grand Thailand 2022 (along with the majority of the girls in this cast) and their chemistry was right there from the start, for example when beauty pageants did group IG livestreams before meeting in the actual contest those two where also in the group stream and they were flirting jokingly (?) then started to do some IG lives just the two of them, then in the event when all the girls have to attend, Engfa and Charlotte meet for the first time. Then ENGLOT (yup, they have an official ship/couple name) got to be roommates. And by then the ship has sailed fast. A few days ago the fandom celebrated the ENGLOT 1 year Anniversary (when they met). Engfa and Charlotte have talked several times about their ship (at the beginning they referred to it as “imagine couple”, now they put aside the “imagine”), that they have faced a LOT of drama, some times very hurtful where they didn’t even want to talk to each other because of it, cried a lot, etc. but they learned about it and made them stronger. Way back, Engfa used to say from the beginning that she is part of the LGBT+ community (has had a girlfriend before) but Charlotte hasn’t dated a girl and she didn’t want to put this pressure on her. Charlotte and her has also talked about being afraid of dating and then what would happen if they broke up, they didn’t want to loose each other. And also the very important fact that they have to work together. But now they say they are in a “safe zone”, keep saying they don’t have an stablished relationship status. I personally think GAP is better. Everyone has an opinion and every series has a different concept. But let's be honest GAP has better acting, locations and a much better script. Show me love is based 80% on englot ship which I admire. A GAP is adapted from the novel. I think Alex could have given it a chance, after all we know it starts in episode 7 and how it ends. So I think she would like it. As for the chemistry between the actresses, for me it will definitely be FreenBecky even though I love Englot too. And if it's a cringe for someone, it's probably in every Thai drama, which I don't mean in a bad way. Show me love is much more cringe for me because the script and overall editing and acting is not that good which I understand because the budget is not that big which Engfa herself said on live.

I agree gap was much better to me, from the very first episode you could feel the tension between the characters. With show me love it felt awkward until they went for the competition and we started getting those little jealous cherine moments

Show Me Love is all over the place. The writing doesn't make sense and it's meh. Although Gap the Series is far from perfect it's better and the acting is better. I think from the reaction Gap has killed it. The actresses are doing a world tour off the back of it. Show me love dissapointing

I really enjoyed Gap so I thought I was going to like this one too, but I couldn’t see the chemistry between the main characters it felt forced most of the time to me.
