Hi Folks. 🥰 This beef looked fab, though it looked a bit small but when heated and shredded ti looked a lot more. You had your sides to go with it and the wraps. You found it lean and tasty. Those looked nice guys, even though the taco cases were tiddly 😂 My pork joint is half the size I thought it was ... I'll have to try your soup in the dinky slow cooker Colin wins at wrapping them ! I've never fancied that guacamole 🥑 Tried avocado once & it wasn't very nice. I like the holder, I'm gonna get me a silicon baguette mould end of the month (dinky one - holds 4)
