The Tory Green contract ought to have had a bonus incentive for early completion. 1 Jan 25 is too late; incentive for earlier deliverables would let the city address its issues before the new election cycle and ensure accountability.

So... if a non public administrative parks and rec board suggests an action, the department head can present it as an agenda item without clear cut objectives or way ahead? 🤔
Will Tory Green discussions determine the role of a police liaison on city council? There either is or isnt a responsibility for city "liaison" functionaries to get answers from department heads without Mayorial approval!
Why does the City continue to get rid of mental health facilities ( like the one atop the hill/water tower facility recently nearby the county ema) to make room for a new and expensive smaller facility?
How did the abatement official NOT recognize that Mr. Robinson was present; looks fishy. Who is pushing this agenda item? A decorated veteran ought to receive more respect from the bureaucracy of the City.

Who is the "legrslative delegation cited by Mr. Jackson, @2:01:00,and what is their role; who funds them? Is this simply the state house rep?
