My elder sister have completed her mbbs degree in russia and I am a first year medico in Bangladesh. So I have the experience about both the countries. Bangladesh curriculum is mostly akin to India's. But russian mbbs course is not that worthy. I don’t know about their native students but foreign student needs to pay (not for all subjects) for passing the exams, but in terms of Bangladesh, you can clear your professional exam just by your marks.
