Love this video, you almost have a role reversal of a darker more bitter Bilbo over the lighter Thorin. I can imagine him going after modern day Gandalf trying to find out what happened to Bilbo post his death. And Bilbo's guilt over what happened and the influence of the ring for 60 years. Possibly an exasperated reincarnated Frodo who might be one few Bilbo connects with is actually the one to reconnect him with Thorin, because Frodo might allowed himself to heal in the undying lands, but Bilbo in guilt refused too. It count for more modern day Bilbo throwing himself into war in modern day as a doctor. The irony of Thorin losing his rage and bitterness at death and healing in the afterlife, but Bilbo finding his at that moment and bitterness to go beyond lifetimes, not that the ring helped. But even without the ring's influence it still being their.

He shoulders it and it weighs on him, and he is Not Alright big time. And when Thorin finds him, he helps him to the best of his ability, and I think that it is ultimately his help and his understanding and forgiveness thet helps him to overcome his guilt. And as for Frodo... I honestly just want him to be a happy kid with a loving uncle in this AU. After all he also was deeply wounded, and I wouldn't want him to remember Mordor and what not. Also can imagine how gobsmacked modern Thorin would be if he saw Bilbo with a beard, Martin Freeman did look quite fetching when he grew one to play Richard III. Also imagine, more than "one happy " nephew, in that Pippin and Merry would also share in another life with Sam and Frodo as well. So big chance of Pippin and Merry meeting slightly older Fili and Kili. And Thorin not understanding Bllbo and Gandalf's quiet mutterings on world destruction when the four meet and get on like a house on fire. Though he quickly learns to beware.

Still though Thorin will learn quickly not let Pippin and Merry get into mischief, though he might be quite amused that young Bilbo was probably alot like Pippin and Merry getting such mischief. Though PIppin is own swirl of good chaos that pulls in everyone, and it's the good chaos Tooks that end becoming leaders of the Shire. Fireworks plus a young Merry and Pippin with a taken in Fili and Kili who are old enough to know better would really light up the sky in modern England.

I can forgive them anything, even Sherlock's crazy sister but I will never forgive Redbeard turning out to be a boy. I liked season 2 of Westworld more. It wasn't half as good as season 1 but season 3 just feels very different. Whenever there is a mystery it is solved in the span of one or two episodes, I don't fully understand character motivations, I don't even like any of them anymore. It also feels like Sherlock because there is a new character and it's like the creators saying "btw, this is an important dude that has always been involved in all of that, we just didn't tell you before because we came up with the idea only now" :/

As someone who also used to be in the Sherlock fandom, this video was extremely confusing for me LOL
You know, a friend of mine upon watching this vid said something along the line 'I'm so happy for John in your video, he got out of his relationship w/ Sherlock and found someone who respects him', even though I didn't actually intend this to be related to Sherlock. It's just Martin Freeman does have a lot of fitting footage as John.
Also I used to ship Johnlock a lot, and I- I don't know, man, last season was so bad I can't even ship them now. Like at all. Not BBC incarnations, at least.
