Rico put himself in a DAMN tough spot. He's discredited himself an insane amount over the past 6-12 months and this is now why you see Nadu and this new Billy sitch. The company already sent Rico to counseling once, I can't imagine they're going to go through this again and keep Rico in the big mix (at the top). Rico won't be able to handle not being "in" and that will be the end of Rico Bosco. Back to the firehouse, Terrance. And that is not without it's own big merit. The world needs good firefighters (no cap), but I don't think a dog eat dog world is for Rico.

The workplace is seemingly becoming toxic beyond the rim of the cup it seems like. This was bound to happen, but I do think for this specific scenario having them back together in the office at the same is likely going to cause major issue. Sounds like someone needs to be relocated or moved to remote-work permanently (which likely means end of a job at BS.)
