Bro I also used to think so. Currently in Nepal honking is banned in main cities like Kathmandu, Pokhara and it has been appreciated not only by public but also drivers. After horn banned traffic has been well managed and vehicles follow speed limits and dont change lanes hapahazardly. Nowadays too much honking is considered rude in crowded streets and you will get fined if traffic cops catch you in Nepal.
