It's a performance from NF. The song never got a video so there is just this and the audio version. You are spot on, it's fighting a system, but its more likely a way that people live today, mostly in the virtual world of the Internet, video games, movies, and various media, not much in the real world
We already are plugged into systems that optimize our addiction to them. Content is already curated by machines and not that far away content will be created by machines. Facebook is trying to sell idea that we should detach from the real world even more by putting a headset. And it's not that hard to see how next step is putting a full on dream-suit the one that is depicted in the performance.

Samo mi se spava, dark electro, electro-industrial, my cup of tea. In it's own genre, this is a good song. Has been my top 1, but Australia... Undecided.
Samo mise spava is about sleeping over the world of fear, tyranny, the bad days, perhaps "forever" like I think there is a line like that in the song. To sleep forever, so that you do not need to see all the suffering, war, terror, abuse...
So perhaps it is about bigger things that only capitalism, but sure, it is a root to many ills in the world through greed and logic that money counts as political power, "money = power". And then if power wishes to invade another country and harm other people and it's own people... Well it is quite clear what the song is referring to then.
Not a typical ESC song, so I do not think it could win, but top 10 very possible. My top 1 or 2.

First thoughts that came to my mind when watching this performance was our relationship with the big tech. We sleep by connecting into system where we scroll endlessly through entertainment curated by an algorithm that is designed to keep us addicted where we experience dreame like life that is far away from reality. "I don't want life I just want sleep forever". Later he goes to disconnect people from the machine - he tries to wake people up ("wake up call") and they experience withdrawal symptoms - they can no longer function without it. Also has matrix vibe. In a sense matrix concept is pretty much a more dystopian version of our world - we didn't think of it that way when Matrix came out but if we revisit we are already on the path towards living in The Matrix. In matrix machines take advantage of humans whilst feeding them a dream. Today's platforms like Tiktok are built on very similar principle as matrix - take advantage of connected humans (ads) - and stream them endless dream. Machines are already in control considering that content is curated by AI model those goal is to optimize addiction. And not that long away is AI generated content. Now on top of that add the fact that Facebook is trying their best to sell idea that we all should put a headset on our heads to help us disconnect from real world even more. And it's very easy to see how next step after that may as well be putting on"dream suits" that are depicted in this performance.

Fantastic song!!! And the text is hard, hard, very hard. We are in a very ugly burning world and the only way out for people is to sleep and try to dream. Stop!!!
