you've always been a blast to play with, I'm sure our paths will cross in the future. there will be plenty of other games, this one just wont stop nerfing itself.
Hey Clown... Have you contacted Big Box VR about your concerns about how the game has changed with weapon damage niggles etc? You really should get in touch with them and air your views. I have, and having played the game for nearly three years now, I think I have a pretty good idea of how it is designed, etc.
So your biggest complaint was that you actually had to work to get a kill, and actually had to outplay other players to secure one... well I have great news for you, big box nerfed the game so you dont have to practice anymore, and in doing so, they destroyed core gameplay mechanics that actually made the game fun (like flying combat) because pandering to people who want all the reward with none of the effort is apparently their mission statement now.
You dont understand how much more fun I am having now... turns out, there are LOTS of game development studios who are focused on making excellent games, instead of fixating on pandering to the lowest skilled players possible like big box does.
I am new to pop 1 and just discovered your channel, which I love! I wanted to ask, what exactly were the changes that made the game suck now compared to before? I have seen videos of yours from a year ago and it seems kinda the same, can anyone help me out here?
The devs just keep buffing weapons, so now instead of having a game where fights are complex, last a little while, and are decided by who played the best, the fight is just "who pulled the trigger first." Which encourages passive gameplay and favors super cheesy strats. I enjoyed pop because it was a masterpiece of advanced movement mechanics that could be used to make plays that were reckless but fun. Nowadays doing anything other than cowering behind a box waiting for someone to move so you can shoot them twice is a losing strat. And that is so boring I cant even pretend it isn't a travesty.

Ive watched you every day for years on pop. Cant really get into the finals. This is a heck of a bummer but the DT has ruined pop so it’s understandable
And it's just going to get worse. Big box has shown nothing but cold hostility toward anyone who isn't marching in step with their roadmap of pandering to the lowest skill casual players. They will absolutely burn everything that makes their game unique if it means they can claim it helped retain a handful of kids for another hour.
