I love this theme. It fits really well in the game too, that sudden like 'oh crap I screwed up' and then on endless nightmare lunatic bosses with no mercy. But that beautiful part at 1:25 ~ kinda reflects on the feeling you've done this for so long it isn't stressful anymore, it's just an endless dream you can't wake up from.
I always felt that the beautiful moment in the song is a sort of somber yet bitter thought of doubt. Like it's a chaotic and scary situation, where Sumireko is pushing through with intense determination, but for a moment she takes a breath and is vulnerable for a second, putting her guard down and doubting that she will ever escape and see her family or her friends again until returning to battle. Idk.
Such a crazy, yet really catchy tune. Not only does it fit well in this game, but this would also fit well as a Stage 5 boss theme like Seija's theme or the dancers' theme.. or perfectly with LoLK in general.

I never had troubles with the Backup dancers in 16. but perhaps their Dream Selves are much worse
