    so if they are cacthetic then you do not give glucagon? you give glucose instead?

      Dear Emad,
      Thanks for your query!
      Yes, if they are cachectic, they are unlikely to have enough glycogen stores for the glucagon to have effect and so glucose is given in preference.

      @@sonapetrosyan4588 is it correct, if I remember correctly from school, glucagon only for T1 bcs in T2 there will be a countereffect with endogenous insulin resulting in hypoglycemia again...?
