its not that difficult the whistle for everyone the hardest part of any songs is the mix voice register control, if you can do a pure clear and amazing controlled mix voice you got my respect, because thats the real deal in singing

I can hit the high notes(of course don't sound great, but I can hit them) except the whistle notes. That's where I really sound like I'm dying or something lol. But I've been doing some vocal exercises for over 1 week already, so maybe I can sound better. Even if I don't sing as high as her, I'm pretty sure I can sound good singing the notes just a little bit lower, with practice.

I can do it too but make sure you do it correctly as it could ruin your vocal chords. I don’t use whistle register as often too preserve my vocal chords. But when there are good vocal days I use it to its potential ;)
*Just keep practicing! I recommend you watch Amazane to learn how to do whistle notes properly, her whistles might not be like Mariah’s but she has healthy whistles at least
