@@MayankSharma-rh7uw 372 is for the victim and in Question there is no mention about victim. Morvoer the main Section 372 says, appeal as per this code.
My ans is perfectly correct. I have recheked it several times and done enough research. For a complainant, in appeal agasint acquittal, leave from high court is necessary.
