Hi,Your third eye is the energy center in the middle of your forehead. When your third eye is open, you can receive more psychic and intuitive messages in a visual form. This could be in the form of pictures, dreams, or even colors. For example, I receive messages in my dreams from people who have passed on and I can see auras. These type of communication is possible, because my third eye is open. Hope this helps.
I have recently been experiencing seeing a face through my mind's eye . I can't see them clearly ' I seem to just know that I'm using my mind's eye again in my dream space. I take it as confirmation of the spiritual realms connecting with me..

Thank you for this. I have chronic sinus issues and read that spiritually there may be blockages with the 3rd eye. I’m highly intuitive and practice Reiki. Your Reiki is very powerful.

Self healing is a must for any healer. If you just starting Reiki you may still be experiencing an adjustment to the energy. If you have been a healer for more than a few months, it could be that you are using your own energy and not the Reiki. When working on yourself try listening to music or doing something else that takes your mind off the Reiki so that it can flow easily to you as opposed to you using your own energy. Good luck!
This video works very well for when I have a headache around my 3rd eye. The headache is not completely gone, but the pain is eased quite a bit. Thank you for creating these videos! :-)

Hi, You can learn to open and close all of your chakras. It takes time and meditating, but can be done. John Holland has a book with a cd called Psychic Navigator where he teaches you to open and close the chakras. Hope this helps.

i had this really amazing feeling in my legs area- i wish it was all over my body. i didnt feel my third eye tho. i was playing the playlist of all the chakras, which most of them made by body shake

Lourdes, how will I know when my 3rd eye is fully open? For three months I've been seeing the color indigo upon closing my eyes (not always). Also, every day I see blue flickering lights with my eyes open for a second. I don't believe I'm there yet, cause I don't yet get insights. Also, the intuition is not quite there yet either. And the pineal gland is occasionally tingling.

I find this really strange, I've been practicing seeing auras and when I was starting at the lady I could see the illuminating white around her. I thought I could only see auras of people when there nearby. And also when I close my eyes I could see the figures of both of you as white figures. I could also do this when I see my aura through the mirror and even when seeing my girlfriends aura.
