Hi there, there are risks involved, especially if you're not in one of the eligible countries. Some TH-camrs recommend buying a US account through a link they offer, but I wouldn't recommend it. There's no guarantee those sites are legitimate, and your account could get banned. Unless you have someone in US and you can use their bank account to get paid.
You can either use your laptop or mobile to edit and upload. Some people are more comfortable using the phone to edit. I use my laptop since I am more comfortable editing my videos on the laptop, I edit and upload all my TikToks using my laptop :)

When you undo the steps, the audio will be removed then you download it without audio. Then upload the audio and drag it onto the video - decrease the speed of the tutorial and rewatch these steps :)
