I'm definitely team bleu cheese, but could never hate on ranch either. Same with the cuts... I'm a flats guy but love the drum! Honestly, there's no wrong way to go with wings! Awesome as always! Yum. I like both but prefer the flats. I like blue cheese hubs likes ranch. For all you nay sayers out there, don’t knock it til you try it. Not everything has to be deep fried to be good. Matt, I think you did a great job. Thank you for sharing. I like the doming technique. Hadn’t thought of that. Will try that next time. It’s raining and my Blackstone is out in the open, so it’s wings in the air fryer for me today. Cheers.
Love some wings, but unfortunately I can’t eat spicy, but this did look really mouthwatering. And I can modify the heat. Love watching your videos!!!👍👍👍
Flappers or Drums...i like'em both, but if there is 1 drum & 1 flapper, i go for the flapper 1st. I also like to finish off my sauced wings on an open flame, to get a little char on them. MMM, MMM GOOD. GRIDDLE ON DUDE.
I don't have a preference, just give me some wings. I love doing my wings on the blackstone along with fries. After I sauce the wings and take them off, I move the fries over and collect up what the wings and sauce left behind.
Given the cost of chicken during football season. Wings are 2.99 a pound but a pack of drumsticks is .99 a pound. We have decided "Drum sticks" are our new wings.
