I like Lya, but robotic Lya isn’t the same. She can be so funny when she’s allowed to be herself; it’s much more enjoyable to learn French that way. She obviously enjoys it more and so do the viewers.
In Lya's defense, this certainly can't be the most exciting job in the world, especially after awhile. The content is also super basic in a lot of places; to infuse zeal into teaching people the French equivalent of "fork" and phrases like "the elephant is gray" for 3+ hours is asking a lot. Sure she was very lively in the older videos, but she's still doing a great job.
I hope you can be yourself again I don’t know if this is a choice or if they made u not be yourself but we love you none the less!!

intonation. These 3 are basic
other sides of spoken French that
we all need to sound French
besides vocabulary, grammar, etc.
but so far NO French videos teach these equally essential elements---mais pourquoi pas?!
