I think Acklam Village is the best food market in London by a mile! It's at the bottom of Portobello Road, where mostly locals go - Has plenty of seating/live music and a cool bar under the flyover. Best Vibes and I think the widest range of world cuisines (Ecuadorian, Eritrean/Filipino/Ukranian/Norwegian/Trinadian etc etc along with the usual that you find at the others. PLEASE check it out next time! You need to go on a Saturday though and go at around 3/4pm.
Also, if you liked the set up at Mercato you'll like Seven Dials market (inside), plus the various Box Parks. And there is a place on the other side of Camden Lock that is quite new, and still undiscovered with no crowds - That is inside too!
