Why Is Grenada The Wreck Diving Capital Of The Caribbean?

Grenada has claimed the wreck diving capital of the Caribbean title for many years, simply from the vast number of natural and man-made wreck diving sites available, and now you can enjoy them in a dedicated Wreck Week.
The Grenada Scuba Diving Association, in partnership with Grenada Hotel and Tourism Association and Grenada Tourism Authority, have announced the dates for the fifth Pure Grenada DiveFest - 9-15 October 2021.
The Pure Grenada DiveFest is a week-long event that combines epic days of wreck and reef diving off Grenada and Carriacou with trydive sessions for locals, beach and underwater clean-ups, a lionfish hunt, evening meals and entertainment, including live music and video presentations, and an underwater photography competition.
