    That beautiful slicer is all I want for Christmas. That took like 2 minutes to slice all the plantains. You did an amazing job sis. This is much better than all those mixed plantain flour we buy out here.

    Omg the flour looks soo Good. NEATLY washed and cleansed. Well Grated Nne 😍! Perfectly dried after Day 2. Woooow Well blended. I Will enjoy this with fufu or moi moi. Well stored and preserved. Infact its all purpose thanks for sharing dear...❤️

    You never cease to amaze me Rozy darling . And you always have the coolest kitchen gadgets. Please where did you get that grater from and did it come with the handle piece? I love plantain swallow so much. But wait o 110F this time of the year!😆 sis please send some sun and heat to Illinois. We’re freezing. Thanks for sharing .

    I never tried making plantains like this, I usually blend it fresh and cook, this method will save lots of time, I will follow your method and make in large quantity store it, thanks for sharing

      If you slice it thin the way I did you can air dry inside the house without sun or oven, just spread it out. But if you’re using the oven dry it on a low heat. Thank you for watching.

    The plantain is well clean and the plantain flour looks healthy and amazing. Homemade plantain flour is very good for making fufu than the ones we buy in the store. Job well done
