Drive shaft SKF VKJC 4953 (front left) and skf 4958(front right) 6 gear gearbox. Manual gearbox: (front right) SPIDAN 36192, (front left) 306370 LÖBRO, CVT Gearbox : (front right) NPW-AU-021 , 203271 gsp (front left), Look from ebay or autodoc those aint oem but atleast something. Make sure you have correct need for fitment before ordering, but here are few part numbers what i found with my local page, but problem is they don`t sent it out and i do not know where from they order them in so i assume you from UK then yeah ebay, autodoc not sure about another options you guys have over there probably there are even more big country.
About 1 hour, very easy to do on those Audi models since they are simple bolt on method, some cars may take more time since you have to undo more stuff in order to get them out, also i swapped whole shaft what saves time if i would start swaping joints then probably would take 1,5h. Those vibrations can be from driveshaft but wheel bearing can do it also if it is worn out at certain state, same with different suspension parts what are loose or worn out so i would suggest to check it over before ordering any parts.

I checked TPS and they are very expensive. Over 400 pound for 1!
