Many years ago travelling towards lahore, crossing vehari/khanewal one person told me Jatan Khanna, super star of film industry known as Rajesh Kahana belongs to Burewala. His house still exist.

My father was a teacher in Burewala before partition . His name was Alauddin. Our native village was Khurla Kingra near Jallandhar, I remember to have spent some time in Burewala as a toddler. I remember one of his students named Om Parkash. May be he was your goodself.

@@rahulgagneja4652 Mr. Om Parkash who was my student had his roots in Quetta as well. After migration he established construction/construction materials business in India. I don't know if your respected dad is the same Om Parkash Jee.
