Light's eyes are narrowed, preen and kempt, apathetic, filled with pretentiousness, cynical, something sinister behind them. L's eyes are wider with bigger pupils representing his innocence yet the dark spots under his eyes signifies his tireless fight for justice in a less than forgiving society Light's posture is straight and towering like he's above you L's posture is that of someone who doesn't care about society's norms or how he appears, distancing himself from approval from the outside I'm sure there's more like the choice of what they wear and their manner of speaking, but the eyes and posture stuck out to me and how by just a glance you can tell these two are exact opposites except they aren't; they are two sides of the same coin except one took a wrong turn
Yes, very similar with Hashirama and Madara's story as well. The two seem opposites when they are two sides of the same coin but one went the wrong way.
