Aww poor babies :( Something I recommend for sore throats is honey tea or lemon tea helps a lot with sore throats! Please consider giving them some to drink it can help their throats heal faster. It helped me when I was losing my voice. I pray they heal soon :)
I’m so sorry the kids aren’t feeling well! A little tip, look into Dispatch Health. They will come to your house and do everything that would be done if you go to a doctors appointment! Not having to haul the sick little ones around for healthcare would reduce your stress and keep them more comfortable. Just an idea 💡

I had bronchitis for 6 months, tried everything, and drank a lot of warm water/ a little bit of vinegar 3 or 4 times a day daily, plus take a hot bathtub with baking soda/ vinegar mixture, hot noodle soup/ lemon juice mixture often. Finally, it did help! It helps to open inside the lung tubes and break up the melted mucus from the lungs. If drinking a lot of cold water and won't help due to the thick mucus stuck in the lungs...forever coughing/ difficultly breathing....do not eat dairy like cheese, milk, etc for a while until bronchitis goes away. Because it can cause mucus...
Sorry, but according to the Mayo clinic,q and other reputable sources, this popular myth has been proven to be completely false. I think it has arisen because if you already have a lot of inflammation of the tissues, and mucous production has increased, then drinking milk can make it 'feel' thicker, but it doesn't create any extra mucous.
You can check in online for urgent care by me so you just go at the time you sign up for instead of having to wait there. Also it will tell you the wait time so if it's no wait time you can just head to that particular one
