This is yet another low-budget version of the “Modern day doctor transmigrates into ancient times”-story with decent actors. This is one of the Ghost Bride versions and a good one I think, even if it’s the standard storyline as seen several times before (personally I love these since they always have a strong FL). Well, I loved the capable/smart FL and calm/clever ML. Well, I consider it definitely worth watching. SYNOPSIS - SPOILER ALERT!!! A modern day female forensic doctor is investigating a serial killer’s latest female victim when she collapses due to overworking. But instead of dying, she somehow transmigrates into ancient times. When she wakes up, she is forcefully pulled out of a wedding sedan by a servant of the mansion she is marrying into. As she receives the memories of the body’s original owner, she realizes that her family has sold her for a large dowry and that she is marrying the current but also dying Prince (ML). When she refused, she was beaten, dragged into the sedan and forced to become a Ghost Bride. Although FL tries to avoid the marriage, she is forced to marry a pig as a substitute for the Prince. Now married, she enters the bridal chamber and sees her new husband for the first time. Suddenly, FL enters a spirit world where she is given certain skills depending on her heart. Skills that prove invaluable as she starts by conjuring a very important Medical Bag. Now it is up to FL to investigate the truth behind her husband’s pending death - and maybe even save his life. Well, this has a happy ending.
i will leave comment here because sometimes i end up watching the same chinese drama twice 🤣not like this comment will help but i loved this one a lot. no cringey scenes and most importantly no abuse or long useless dialogues

However, if someone did this to my drama and posted it I would just sue them. Is it so difficult to get someone to translate properly so that the swearing and context is corrected. I just laughed.

I love the stories, wish that I could find some great stories like this in the US. The only issue I have is with translations. They seem to get the gender wrong so often that it can be confusing. I like this drama because of the FL. She's a doctor, for one & has lots of skills. She's got the brains ,too. Unlike the ML who's such a crybaby, lacks skills & brains to lead a country.
Hahaha, the husband says to his wife: "Grandpa, let's go", and it's not the only thing that's wrong translated, it's so many faults it has started to feel like a parody, just laughable funny, or is it done ironically, because this is one drama so very alike others? Is there anyone who knows?
The eyes of FL are so unnatural that I don't believe in any emotion of this personage. The eyes are the window of the soul. If they are dead all meaning is gone.
For me, the ML is not that good looking. But he far exceeds other MLs because he's so loyal and loving to FL. He went with her to jail! Love this couple so much 😊
I like the ML's looks. I really like his loyalty and love for the FL. Also for realizing he still did love his mother since she realized she loved him (even though she did him wrong). I LOVE the FL! 2SML was very nice too!
This is a variation on a popular script. It didn't NEED to be 3hrs long, but they added some different plot twists that extended the story. It's not my FAVORITE version of this story, but the part that holds up well is the relationship between the leads, and how the ML has his ride or die puppy dog love for the princess who dropped out of the sky to save his life. ...he could use some work on his facial expressions though. LOL.
I don't like that dirty prince how can there be a person who will make that character roll. They have to be sick in the head. They should respect the girl who is playing the roll of a princess that is just to much 😠😠😠😠
