    Great tutorial. I am wondering why for h=1 you never considered point x=6 while counting N yet for higher values of h, like h=2, h=3, etc, you included the count (N) from point x=6

      It is because on the dataset in the point with coordinate X=6 there is no data.
      It is for example if we do not have datapoints on any place.
      In the calculations we did not include this point in every calculation. You can check it.

      Yes. 7.5 is correct answer for h=4

    According to my calculations the γ(4) = 7.5
