Cisco Prime 3.1 to 3.1.7 package upgrade-Part2

If you are planning to upgrade Cisco Prime from 3.1.0 to 3.5 then you can't it for that you have to upload some packages to Prime and upgrade it to 3.1.0 to 3.1.X (X means 1 to 7).

Im unable to take SSH the cisco prime , but the GUI works fine and updated few patches from GUI,.
When trying to take SSH by using the same credentials,im getting the access denied error, could you please suggest on this, can help me to get the SSH to Cisco prime ?😢
