The abandoned third floor of the Halifax Club has so much potential to be converted into apartments or condos… Housing is a serious problem in most western developed countries because there’s just not enough places to live. Meaning there are too many people in need of a place to live and not enough residential units for them to live in, so the club could provide maybe a dozen rental units for the area. Though I wouldn’t be surprised if the apartments were made to be luxury condos that the working class would never afford, which would then sit vacant

Absolutely agree with the housing issues but would like to add that in AZ, USA where I a it's lack of affordable places to live. We have plenty of open residential housing/apartments/condos etc it's that the common family cannot afford much lately.
20:20 Imo, it's important the staff from the Halifax Club be fully informed about the spirit(Annabelle) wanting "her story" to more accurately reflect her, her personality, and her family. It was obviously important for the spirit(Annabelle), or else she surely wouldn't have stuck around so long just to communicate that msg. & The fact that she then chose to "move on/forward" *directly after* conveyance of that msg... It would just be very sad if her story stayed the same. When it obviously bothered her being told the way it was. Hopefully, the full interaction was disclosed in detail & talked about off camera, with the Halifax Club Staff. Therefore, they can be more informed about the things that the spirit(Annabelle) felt were important & specifically wanted portrayed.💯
