To get good result from growing any kinds of vegetables, we must :
1. Prepare a good soil mix because it will help the plants to get nutrients long comparing to liquid fertilizer. See this

2. Make liquid fertilizer is a must. Plants absorb nutrients from both roots and leaves .Liquid fertilizer provides quicker nutrients comparing to dry compost. Be sure to water and spray the plants weekly to maintain the plants healthily.
3. Insecticide or herbicide is a must. Aphids and mealy bugs are easy to deal with. You can use this magic home solution to get rid of it. Mix a teaspoonful of detergent and cooking oil mix with 2 liters of water and spray thoroughly . Aphids and mealy bugs will be gone with a single spray.
