An old convict here with over 20yrs in. Back on this side of the fence going on 12 yrs long haul truck driver of just over 8. Did most of my time in max’s. It’s nothing like your freedom. I’d only loose it again over family. My only regret the pain I caused them. I appreciate all these stories while driving at night or parked in the middle of nowhere. His words about his prison after the penitentiary hit home. I seen and did a lot in there. Came back with ptsd x10. It took loosing my mom to cancer to finally realize what a selfish pos I was. Not here to preach or say anything profound. Life’s short don’t waste the time you have here. It’s not about anything else except how we treat others and we’re are hearts filled with love or hate. I did the hate thing and never want to be that animal again.

This story is absolutely breathtaking. The voice acting brilliantly captures the essence of the scene, immersing the listener in a tense atmosphere reminiscent of a gripping movie. I was so engrossed in the narrative that I didn't even realize I had been listening for the entire duration, only discovering there were merely 5 minutes left. It's truly remarkable work, as expected from such talented individuals!

This is one of the BEST stories I've ever heard. It's the style it was written in...very realistic, campfire story kind of setting with some first hand accounts in the mix. The detail and the emotions relayed via TDS brings it to life in the most believable way possible.....fantastic, yet haunting (which is the point, I suppose).

@@arthas640you must know that's impossible, right? It takes hours and hours to get processed at a prison. I've come from court at around 10 am and not got to my cell till 10 pm before. You always get strip searched, and yes it's possible to get things past a thorough strip search but nothing of any size. Then there's the fact that your muscles down there are like valves and naturally compress and tighten. Then there is the issue with air. So literally the only pet you could get in is an insect in a small sealed plastic container. You can't seriously have thought this could have happened did you?

    • @arthas640

@@LostSoulchild89 Not supernatural or even scary but here's my favorite prison story from a friend of mine:
Dude's a contractor, owns his own business, and got busted with a minor amount of drugs. He was on work release so he could leave during the day to work and had to come back to jail at night. Guards kind of hated him though since (at the time at least) the system was kind of flawed and was clearly written assuming no con would be self employed with a legit business all above board. Certain jobs you got some leeway with and could arrive back to jail late so long as you had justification like traffic (which applies to contractors since they travel all over) and got a signed note from your boss saying you were late for work reasons. Since he _was_ his boss he effectively could get back later than everyone else with little accountability and being petty tyrants some of the guards hated that. One guard was always a dick but luckily for my friend since the system is kind of broken he did some favors for the guards boss who needed some emergency repairs on a rental of his done right away or his tenant wouldnt be required to pay rent and he'd lose a bunch of money on top of the repair costs, my buddy fit him in and so long as my buddy didnt break any rules aside from getting back a bit late the guard that was the biggest jerk couldnt do a thing about it or have his boss on his ass.

It's called boofing. It soaks into the colon skin and lots of people like it cuz they say it hits em hard. I never cared for it though. Most of these stories take place from the perspective of pretty normal people, which isn't a bad thing, but its a cool change to have the POV character and his group be true blue convicts. Listening to you is getting me through tough times, and there's been alot this year. So I wanted to say thank you, from the bottom of my heart. You're the best narrator on TH-cam, hands down. So, I am listening to this story at work. So intrigued by the story tellers. My coworker who shares an office with me kicked my chair to get my attention. She had been talking to me for 5 minutes or so😅 After talking with her, I asked if she minded if I got back to the story. I had to rewind it a bit because of her jabber jabber. 😅 Great story. I pictured them in the cell like Shawshank telling this story. Thank you for the audio, which turned my imagination into a cinema. 😊

An angel of death bringing about biblical judgement upon the wicked.
