I'm a beauty therapist that's uses this wax (hot wax). You are suppose to put oil under this wax so it doesn't take the top layer of the skin off, also use a pre wax and after wax cream. Spread the wax on in the direction of the hair growth. Pull the skin tight (this may be why it hurt so much because on your lip when you pulled it is would be loose and just flap about when you pulled it) so pull the area of skin tight and the pull the wax quickly in the opposite direction of the hair growth!
Doing it this way it should hurt less and avoid bruising!

It works, not well, but it works, however it is incredibly painful and you'll be red and might get some pus filled zits because it yanks the hair out so fast and you keep irritating the area because you have to go over it a bunch, 10/10 would NOT recommend

As your going into puberty you experience hair growth, I haven't even been through puberty yet but in school we had an awkward talk about it. It's really disgusting and unhygienic if women don't remove hair from there, it can cause bacteria. Even girls who are growing hair should remove it with hair removal cream, sorry if I gave you a whole lecture of this 😂

here’s a tip to getting wax off if little bits stay on ur skin, take almond oil and rub it on the area that has wax bits and it should get removed :D

That Flawless product is a really good product I’ve had it for a while now and I got the product u got and I got one that shaved arm and leg hair and it works amazing it comes charges it lasts an hour but it only takes me 20 min to shave both legs and it’s painless I recommend it

That first product isn't a shaver, it's an epilator!!! They are very very different! It actually pulls out your hair so it will last longer than a regular shave! I have the exact same one and I love it. You just have to learn how to use it and get used to the pain lol

Laura Peck - totally agree; I've been using one of those epilators for years & it works incredibly well! Fantastic on your legs & certainly does not hurt (me, anyway) after the first few times.
Personally I would *not* have used it on pubic hair - especially not when I'd never used it before, and definitely not on untrimmed pubic hair...that is a for sure OWWW situation.
I hope Rachel hasn't scared off younger girls who have never removed body hair before! 😧 oh dear.
I've been getting laser treatment on my underarms & Brazilian 'area' for a couple of years now & that is by far the most effective method! granted I'm not a particularly hairy person to begin with - eg. I've never had any hair grow on my upper legs, and very little on my forearms (and I'm old enough to be the mother of probably the majority of Rachel's viewers!) - but I can tell you, lasering is the BOMB.

So to anyone waxing I’m in Cosmetology school and have a few tips. Apply wax in the direction the hair grows and pull it the opposite. Rip it quick like a band aid. When heating the wax stop when it becomes a little thicker than honey. Put pressure on the area you just puked wax from. There are my tips hope they’re useful
