Thus a Nation is the virtues that favor general assent A Nation it is all these virtues which provoke general assent and which, thereby, promote social cohesion and political harmony, pledges of human and economic development. Unfortunately dictators and predators have conceived themselves with the idea that a nation is a matter of balance of power in other words, they at one side and the people at the other side. And anyone who doesn't agree with the tyrannical ideology is killed, persecuted, must be submitted to deprivation, etc
