The statements of the challenges are wrong: I can transport trough HTA, CTS+ Or DU import/export. You can also copy or "extend" any view as simple as copy and paste, and if you are advance enough can edit the XML of the view
You are referring to HANA® Native Views. The Native view need to go through a process called synchronization, which is carried by ABAP Code(aka HTA). We are pointing here the Native HANA views are not part of DDL like CDS which does't require XML Copy paste or synchronization process just so the changes can be send to different systems in landscape. Also Note that SAP® Keeps on Evolving and this video was recorded before release of 1809 FYI.
UI5 Community Network but you refer to the “challenges” of this HANA Native Views as you refer to. I never hear that term, I think the appropriate terminology is HANA Information Views
Hey Sahir, Yes it should be "More Reusable and More Flexible." compare to Native HANA® . Native HANA® Modeling is Reusable and Flexible to some extent comparing with CDS. CDS are part of DDL in SAP® which makes it more flexible for usage and also use in ABAP® code with AMDP.

AMDP stands for ABAP Managed Database Procedures...
I do not agree with your 1st and 3rd challenge. Both are possible in Native HANA
